Flex Academy
A landing page that helps people start and grow their own short-term rental company, built for conversion and trust.
The challenge
The Flex runs furnished apartments in 7 cities, and its founders also built Base360, the software behind it. With Flex Academy, they teach people to start and grow their own short-term rental company with the same playbook. One page had to work for two very different people: a beginner with a 9-to-5 job and an operator who already runs a few units. The audience is also tired of guru courses, so the page had to earn trust without big promises.
The approach
Instead of two buttons in the hero, I asked one easy question: "How many units do you run today?" The answer changes the next step: a free webinar for beginners, a strategy call for operators and a free checklist for people who are not ready yet. For trust, I used only proof people can check: 7 cities, 150+ corporate partners, the real Base360 software and an honest comparison table. If someone with no units tries to book a call, the form suggests the webinar first, but the choice stays with them. A sticky button keeps the next step on screen at all times.
The outcome
I delivered the full desktop page, a mobile version, three conversion flows with every state, a small component set and a brand system that mixes The Flex green with Base360's clean cards and a new brass accent. It was a 6 to 8 hour design task for a Product & Brand Designer role, and it shows how one page can design for conversion and trust at the same time.
Research, flows and final screens.
