This website, sezaigocmen.com, is the personal portfolio of Sezai Göçmen, an independent UX/UI and product designer based in Türkiye. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information is collected when you visit the site and how it is used.
1. Who is responsible
The site is owned and operated by Sezai Göçmen as an individual. For any question about your data, write to sezaigocmen01@gmail.com.
2. Information you share directly
The site has no accounts, no payments and no newsletter. If you contact me by email, I receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message. I use them only to reply and to discuss the project or opportunity you wrote about.
3. Information collected automatically
The site is built and hosted on Framer. To serve pages securely and measure overall traffic, Framer may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view. These statistics are used in aggregate to understand which work people find useful. They are not used to identify you or to build an advertising profile.
4. Cookies
The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical storage may be used by the hosting platform to keep the site working correctly. Your language choice is also stored only in your browser. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Third-party links and embeds
Pages may link to or embed content from services such as Behance, LinkedIn and Instagram. When you follow those links or interact with that content, the privacy policy of the relevant service applies.
6. Sharing and retention
Your information is never sold or rented. Emails are kept only as long as needed for our correspondence and any resulting collaboration, and are deleted on request.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use. Send your request to the email address above and I will respond within a reasonable time.
