Flying Car Dashboard
An in-cabin interface concept for Cezeri, a flying car, focused on safe and calm city flights.
The challenge
Flying through a city is a completely new experience for passengers. They need to feel safe, understand what is happening during the flight and stay in control without any piloting knowledge. Too much information can create stress, and too little can create fear.
The approach
I started with a persona and their needs, then mapped the full user flow: start screen, route selection, flight approval, the flight itself, landing and the end of the trip. The home screen greets the passenger and asks one question: where do you want to go today? Voice and quick-route options make the start easy. During the flight, the screen shows route and flight information, weather and clear emergency options. A dark interface with turquoise accents keeps the cabin calm and readable.
The outcome
The result is a set of landscape screens for the full journey, from greeting to landing, with a small design system for type, colour and icons. The project shows how my industrial design background helps me design interfaces for physical products.
